Initiative for Social Awareness and Research Training Activities Foundation (ISARA) is a development organization committed to improving the quality of life of marginalized and vulnerable communities through a rights-based and participatory approach.
We believe that sustainable development is possible when communities are empowered with knowledge, skills, and access to opportunities. Our work focuses on strengthening Community-Based Organizations (CBOs) and enabling them to become active agents of social and economic change.

Research
Research and studies are key components of ISARA’s work. We undertake research and field-based assessments to understand social issues and community needs, ensuring that our programmes are designed to create effective and sustainable change.
Study
ISARA conducts studies and assessments to identify developmental gaps in education, health, livelihood, and community systems. These studies help inform programme planning, documentation, and structured intervention strategies.
Monitoring and Evaluation
ISARA ensures quality implementation of programmes by developing appropriate monitoring tools and evaluation systems. Monitoring and Evaluation form an integral part of our programme approach to ensure accountability, effectiveness, and continuous improvement.
